1st Grade

In 1st Grade Music at Lakeview, students will continue to sing, play classroom instruments, and respond to music through movement. They will learn about instrument families (with a focus on the keyboard family), different ways to use their voices, the life of J.S. Bach, basic rhythms, an introduction to the piano keyboard, and more! 1st graders also perform in a Christmas program.
